Pre-order online & paint in store! CREATE Pottery Shop will contact you when items are ready for pick up. Items available as a pre-order may not be available for walk-in purchase.

While items are subject to supplier availability, if an item is not available to pre-order, CREATE will contact you to discuss substitution options or provide a full refund. Cancelled purchases after an item has been ordered are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Prices + tax include studio time, firing and glaze (in-store painting only). Glaze sold separately for painting at home. Pre-order items are available for pick up only. CREATE does not ship or deliver.

Due to the large size of these items and limited storage space, customers have 30 days to pick up their pre-order from the date of notification before they are subject to a storage fee of $5 for every additional 30 days. After 120 days, your order will be considered cancelled and you will receive a refund of the balance after deducting the restocking fee (15% of item cost) and storage fees ($15).
